NOTE: If the product(s) we sent have any shipping damage or defects, or if you received any incorrect product(s), DO NOT install them on your car and do not have tires mounted on or with them. Instead, please contact us immediately and we will assist you. Products that have been mounted or used in any way are non-returnable and are only covered under our normal chrome warranty. Your continuation of the mounting or installation process constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms set forth herein and that the product we delivered is acceptable to you as is, with any defect that could have been discovered with reasonable inspection; it relieves L.A. Wheel and Tire of any warranty obligation beyond that stated in our warranty conditions.

Wheels

If you receive defective merchandise, we will provide a replacement per the conditions of our Warranty.

If you wish to return it for any reason other than defective merchandise, you will be subject to a $250 restocking fee (plus the cost of any pinstriping for Powder Coated wheels). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Wheels that have had tires mounted or have been used in any way are non-returnable; please inspect all wheels fully before mounting or using them in any way. Hubcentric Rings

If you receive defective merchandise, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost if it is returned within 7 days.

Clearance Items

Clearance items (clearly marked by the word Clearance in the listing) cannot be returned, and do not carry a warranty of any kind. These items are sold AS IS; they may contain minor flaws or defects which are clearly mentioned in the listing. Please read the entire auction and confirm fitment before purchasing.
