Shipping FAQ

How long before my order ships?

Most orders ship in 10 to 15 business days after we get your payment UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE LISTING. The exception to this is WinterChrome™ or Powder Coat finishes, which may take longer due to the custom finishing involved. We will contact you right away in case of a delay. If we do not have cores in stock that have already been coated in the finish you chose, there is a delay to get the wheels finished to your specifications. And, sometimes, when we inspect before shipping, one or more of the wheels does not pass our stringent quality control standards. This can cause a delay (usually short) while we obtain, finish, and test a replacement. Because we are 100% committed to shipping you a perfectly straight and true set of wheels, with an excellent finish, we would rather be late than send you wheels that do not meet our high standards.

How much does it cost to ship my wheels / shipping outside the U.S.?

We ship to you within the lower 48 continental United States for FREE. If you are returning wheels to us (for example, if you do a Chrome Wheel or Powder Coat Wheel Exchange), you are responsible for the return shipping, but we can offer you discounted return shipping labels that can save you up to 60% or more of the shipping cost.

For other locations, and for return shipping rates, please call or refer to information in our listing. Customers outside the United States (including customers in Canada) are responsible for 100% of all duties, tariffs and taxes when applicable. We fill out the invoice with the most accurate tariff codes and merchandise description we have to prevent any overcharges from customs. Exchanges are available only for customers in the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

We do ship to addresses other than billing address, but your order must go through a separate verification process, and shipment will be delayed up to 5 business days.

Will you ship to a P.O. Box?

Can I pick these up and get a discount instead?

Since free shipping is already included in the price, if you'd like to pick up the items instead, please give us a call and we can give you a discount, but the pricing varies based on the particular item.Contact us at info@lawheel.com or (818) 626-8867 or toll free at (800) 584-2832.

We accept all major credit cards and cash for local pickups. Card holder must be present with valid photo I.D. (no exceptions). PayPal not accepted for local pickup.

What is your shipping process?

We take extra care to make sure you receive your wheels in perfect condition. Customers say our packaging is the best they've seen. Please take a look at the photos below to find out what steps are taken prior to shipping your new beautiful chrome wheels.

  1. Wheels are pulled from stock. We take them out of the boxes and original bags for a thorough visual inspection.
  2. Wheels are spun on our Hunter DSP9600 high-speed balancer to make sure they are 100% straight, round and true.
  3. Wheels are cleaned and then polished by hand.
  4. Wheels are bagged in new 2mil bags to prevent scratches.
  5. Special protective rings are used on the front and back of each wheel. This helps prevent shipping damage. It then goes into the shipping box.
  6. All of the accessories are wrapped separately and are put into another small box. This box is put behind one of the wheels (just follow the trail of bright neon stickers).
  7. Wheels are ready to be picked up and shipped to your doorstep.
