CHROME PLATING LIMITED WARRANTY
- Damage resulting from improper tire mounting and/or removal.
- Damage caused by maintenance neglect.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods.
- Damage caused by customer abuse such as accident, curb damage, road debris, or modifications to the wheel.
- Damage causes by tire puncture sealants.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Chrome wheels are to be cleaned using a regular car wash detergent and water. Do not allow brake dust to accumulate on the chrome surface of the wheel. Do not use any abrasive cleaners, cleaning pads, acid-based cleaners or other harsh cleaning methods.
If for any reason other than those stated above, your wheels should develop a defect, please email us the date of purchase, your full name, and a clear picture of the defects to warranty@lawheel.com. We will then contact you via email and provide a return authorization number. Once we receive your wheels, they will be sent for inspection and warranty validation.
If the defects were indeed due to improper chrome plating, we will then re-chrome your wheels and ship them back to you. If upon inspection defects are not covered under warranty, your wheels will returned to you in the same condition as received at your own shipping cost, or, at your choice, will be sent for re-chroming at your expense.
Our warranty covers re-chroming charges only, but not shipping charges to L.A. Wheel and Tire and back to the customer. We do not cover the costs of disassembly or installation of your wheels as well as any additional and incidental costs that may occur.
