Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

1. Applicability.

These terms and conditions apply between you ("Customer") and L.A. Wheel and Tire ("L.A. Wheel") with respect to your purchases of L.A. Wheel' products and accessories ("Products"). These terms and conditions shall apply and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other documents, unless the Customer has signed a separate purchase agreement with L.A. Wheel, in which case the separate agreement shall govern.

2. Taxes.

L.A. Wheel is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for all sales in the State of California.

3. Shipping and Handling.

Shipping/Handling and truck delivery charges are calculated via the link provided in the auction site or our website. Third party billing for shipping will not be accepted.

4. Title; Risk of Loss.

Title to Products passes from L.A. Wheel to Customer on shipment from L.A. Wheel facility.

5. Limitation of Damages and Liability.

L.A. Wheel shall not be liable to Customer for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third party. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of Products, L.A. Wheel is not liable for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by Customer for the purchases under this agreement.

6. Governing law.

All of L.A. Wheel's auctions are controlled, operated and administered by L.A. Wheel from its offices in the state of California, USA. This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts of the state of California for any disputes, claims or causes of action involving this Internet Site or this agreement. Customer agrees to abide the laws of the United States and any applicable state laws.

7. Headings.

The section headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and do not form a part of these terms and conditions, and no construction or inference shall be derived there from.

8. Returns.

Please promptly inspect your new wheels from L.A. Wheel and Tire.

If the product(s) we sent have any shipping damage or defects, or if you received any incorrect product(s), DO NOT install them on your car and do not have tires mounted on or with them.  Instead, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.  Products that have been mounted or used in any way are non-returnable and are only covered under our normal warranty.  Your continuation of the mounting or installation process constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and that the product we delivered is acceptable to you as is with any defect that could have been discovered with reasonable inspection; it relieves L.A. Wheel and Tire of any warranty obligation beyond that stated in our warranty conditions.  IF you do not wish to accept the product as is per the preceding sentence, you must notify us within five days after you receive the items and must not moutn or install the product.  After five days, unless we are notified, all products are non-returnable.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations. All of products sold by L.A. Wheel are sold as-is, no warranty expressed or implied, unless otherwise specified. Returns accepted within 7 days. If you receive defective merchandise, we will provide a replacement. If you wish to return it for any other reason, you will be subject to a $250 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Wheels that have had tires mounted or used in any way are non-returnable. Return authorization number required for all returns. By purchasing from L.A. Wheel Customer agrees not to chargeback / dispute any credit card charges.
