1. How do I know that these wheels will fit my car?
Please check the Wheel Fitment included in our listing's details for a full guide to what vehicles each set of wheels fits. [The Wheel Fitment assumes you are using factory standard brakes – some after-market brakes change the fitment.] If you do not see your vehicle listed, don't hesitate to contact us, as wheel fitment is updated constantly and may not always show up in our listings immediately. 2. How long is your warranty and what does it cover?

3. How much does it cost to ship my wheels?
Shipping to you within the lower 48 continental states is free. For other locations, expedited shipping and return shipping rates, please call us.

4. How long before my order ships?
Most orders ship in 3 – 5 business days after we get your payment unless otherwise stated. We will contact you right away in case of a delay. If we do not have cores in stock that have already been coated in the finish you chose, there is a delay to get the wheels finished to your specifications. And, sometimes, when we inspect before shipping, one or more of the wheels does not pass our stringent quality control standards. This can cause a delay (usually short) while we obtain, Powder Coat and test a replacement. Because we are 100% committed to shipping you a perfectly straight and true set of wheels, with an excellent finish, we would rather be late than send you wheels that do not meet our high standards.

5. When shipping internationally, who pays the duties?
Customers outside the United States (including customers in Canada) are responsible for 100% of all duties, tariffs and taxes when applicable. We fill out the invoice with the most accurate tariff codes and merchandise description we have to prevent any overcharges from customs.

6. Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
We do ship to addresses other than the billing address. Your order will go through a separate verification process, and shipment will be delayed up to 5 business days.

7. What if I don’t like the wheels, can I return them?
If you receive defective merchandise, we will provide a replacement based on the terms and conditions of our Powder Coat Warranty. If you wish to return it for any other reason, you will be subject to a $250 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Wheels that have had tires mounted or have been used in any way are non-returnable; please inspect all wheels fully before mounting or using them in any way. 8. What if my car has TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system)?
If your car came equipped with tires pressure sensors, your installer should simply remove and reinstall them on your new chrome wheels.

9. Are TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors included with the wheels?

10. Will you ship to a P.O. Box?

11. Can I pick these up and get a discount instead?

12. What methods of payment are accepted for local pickup?
We accept all major credit cards and cash for local pickups. Card holder must be present with valid photo I.D. (no exceptions). PayPal not accepted for local pickup.

13. Can I make you an offer on your item?
We do not accept offers on our items since they are already listed for the lowest possible price. You can get a small discount if you pick up the item instead of having it shipped.

14. Are tires included?
