1.   How do I know that these wheels will fit my car?

2. How long is your warranty and what does it cover?

3. How much does it cost to ship my wheels?

Shipping to you within 48 continental states is free. For other locations and for return shipping rates please call or refer to the eBay listing.
 

4. How long before my order ships?

Most orders ship in 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing. Our goal is to get you a perfect set of wheels, so sometimes if a wheel does not pass our quality control, obtaining a replacement takes a few days. We will contact you promptly in case of a delay. 

 

5. When shipping internationally, who pays the duties?

Buyer is responsible for 100% of all duties, tariffs and taxes when applicable. We fill out the invoice with the most accurate merchandise description to minimize the risk of overcharges from the customs.

 

6. Can I ship to a different address?

We do ship to addresses other than the billing address. Your order will go through a separate verification process, and shipment will be delayed up to 5 business days.

 

7. What if I don’t like the wheels, can I return them?

Returns accepted within 7 days. 

If you receive defective merchandise, we will provide a replacement. 

If you wish to return it for any other reason, you will be subject to a $250 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Wheels that have had tires mounted or used in any way are non-returnable, so please check your wheels thoroughly upon arrival. 8. What if my car has TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system)?

If your car came equipped with tires pressure sensors, your installer will simply remove and reinstall them on your new chrome wheels.

9. Are TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors included with the wheels?

TPMS sensors are not included. You can reuse your existing sensors. If you need to purchase a replacement set, please contact us at info@lawheel.com or (818) 626-8867 or toll free at (800) 584-2832. We stock most sensors at a significant savings over the dealer price.

10. Will you ship to a P.O. Box?

11. Can I pick these up and get a discount instead?

12. What methods of payment are accepted for local pickup?

We accept all major credit cards and cash for local pickups. Card holder must be present with valid photo I.D. (no exceptions). PayPal not accepted for local pickup.

13. Can I make you an offer on your item?

We do not accept offers on our items since they are already listed on eBay for the lowest possible price. You can get a small discount if you pick up the item instead of having it shipped.

14. Are tires included?
